Turn technical innovation to commercial growth
I'm a former software engineer who began my career obssessing over C++ and database design, then spent the next two decades building and scaling marketing functions across technology companies and Big Four consulting firms.
Today, I work with startup founders to help them navigate the path from early traction to commercial scale. My approach centers on finding product-market fit, building credibility through storytelling, and establishing the commercial building blocks to prove the business today while laying the foundation for long-term category leadership.
At Thought Machine, I helped launch the company's business across the Americas while building its global brand and accelerating commercial growth across the U.S., Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. Later, at MoneyLion, I built the enterprise marketing function and helped expand the company's brand beyond consumer finance into enterprise fintech.
Having worked with companies at every stage of growth, I bring experience across AI, blockchain, and other frontier technologies, particularly in highly regulated industries. I help founders translate complex technical concepts into compelling business stories that build trust, establish category leadership, and drive commercial growth.

Enterprise-grade marketing without enterprise overhead.
Every engagement is personally led by me.
When additional execution support is needed, I draw on a trusted network of specialists I've worked with for years.
Founders get experienced CMO leadership with the flexibility to scale execution as the business grows, without committing to the cost and overhead of building a full in-house marketing organization too early.
Fractional CMO
Strategic leadership.
Practical execution.
Most startups don't need a full-time CMO. They need experienced marketing leadership at the moments that matter most.
I work alongside founders to solve the highest-leverage commercial challenges, from category definition and go-to-market planning to building the capabilities needed to scale. Drawing on experience launching businesses into new markets and building global teams, I help companies accelerate growth today while laying the foundation for tomorrow.
Typical engagements:
Category definition and product positioning
Go-to-market planning
Messaging and thought leadership
Sales enablement
Marketing function design and coaching
Executive communications and strategic advisory
Helping buyers understand why you matter.
The companies that define categories are the ones that teach the market how to think.
Startups often struggle to explain why their technology matters beyond its features. I help translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value that buyers understand, while transforming your company vision into thought leadership that builds credibility, shapes the market, and establishes category leadership.
Whether educating buyers on a new category, supporting product launches, or helping founders establish an executive voice, every piece of content is designed to make complex ideas accessible and relevant. Rather than creating one-off content, I build thought leadership programs that can be repurposed across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.
Typical deliverables:
Product messaging and buyer education
Whitepapers, blogs, and social media
Webcasts, podcasts, executive interviews, and panel discussions
Sales presentations and commercial-grade demos
Event Strategy & Production
Creating conversations that build trust and grow pipeline.
Every event has a different job. The best event strategies recognize that.
Different events influence different stages of the pipeline. Each requires its own strategy, content, and follow-up plan to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Third-party conferences identify and engage buyers already showing intent. Webinars educate prospects and nurture active opportunities. Executive roundtables deepen relationships with strategic accounts. Proprietary events combine product education and thought leadership to accelerate opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
I help companies design event portfolios, not individual events. Every program is aligned to a specific commercial objective, with the right content, speakers, and follow-up to move opportunities through the pipeline.
Typical services:
Event strategy and annual planning
Content design, speaker preparation, and moderation
Conference speaking and sponsorship strategy
Production, logistics, and on-site execution
Post-event follow-up and opportunity acceleration
